Catering Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

​

 

  • Grow catering sales through prospecting and direct/outside sales efforts in both social and corporate markets. 

  • Proactive account management of existing and new catering clients. 

  • Actively pursue and secure partnerships with outside catering venues, event professionals, wedding planners, etc. to establish repeat and referral business.  

  • Create and execute quarterly and annual action plans to ensure established goals are met or exceeded. 

  • Set and conduct tasting appointments with businesses to introduce Phuket and the food. 

  • Collaborate with the owner to execute in-store and social media marketing campaigns

  • Seek opportunities to attend networking and community or business events as brand ambassador. 


Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 1 year of successful field sales experience with proven ability to exceed sales goals. 

  • Proficient with web-based programs and Microsoft Office. 

  • Proven ability to develop, nurture and maintain strong client relationships. 

  • Superior interpersonal skills with a positive and driven attitude a must! 

  • Possess self-discipline to work independently with limited supervision. 

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills required. 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills required. 

  • Restaurant or catering background preferred
