Catering Development Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Grow catering sales through prospecting and direct/outside sales efforts in both social and corporate markets.

Proactive account management of existing and new catering clients.

Actively pursue and secure partnerships with outside catering venues, event professionals, wedding planners, etc. to establish repeat and referral business.

Create and execute quarterly and annual action plans to ensure established goals are met or exceeded.

Set and conduct tasting appointments with businesses to introduce Phuket and the food.

Collaborate with the owner to execute in-store and social media marketing campaigns
-
Seek opportunities to attend networking and community or business events as brand ambassador.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of successful field sales experience with proven ability to exceed sales goals.

Proficient with web-based programs and Microsoft Office.

Proven ability to develop, nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
-
Superior interpersonal skills with a positive and driven attitude a must!

Possess self-discipline to work independently with limited supervision.
-
Excellent organizational and project management skills required.
-
Strong oral and written communication skills required.
-
Restaurant or catering background preferred
